Suppose i had upload this post yesterday. But due to my hand got burn by the frying oil friday night, so i did not manage to type as normal, as it was so pain. Sleep also got problem. And then today.. i mean Saturday, i suppose do my home work and clean my room, who know, i never done one.. just have clean up my table only… Grrrr….. Keeeeeepppp watching PPS tv only. OMG, tomorrow must start and complete next week assignment!
Ok, basically what i wanna share last night was my dinner!! after going netto to buy some food in the morning, and the i decided to make chicken chop myself. And i finally know something on every pieces chicken chop i ever eat. They sell the chop at RM4-8 is because that whole piece of chicken is a quarter of chicken! I always though it is just a drum stick. forgive my idiotic!
Beside that, one new thing i learn was how to cook black paper sauce. Hahaha.. always so long to cook black paper sauce and never have a chance to learn and cook. but this time i had success to cook it, just a little bit failure where the ground paper is not smooth enough, a bit rough. But over all the taste is good. (Hope my flatmate did not con me on the taste! of course for me is ok!)
Beside that, for saturday lunch, i use the left over black paper sauce to cook some mushroom, carrot and ham. Wow, the taste is lovely, like the black paper chop i use to eat back home. i suggest u ppl can make some and spare at home, so can easily make yourself some really taste nice black paper sauce dish. It can be anything u like, chicken fillet, pork chop, beef, even fried fish fillet too! think creative, and i believe u can make a new improvement too!
Will soon have upload my recipe in “my-still-in-process-recipe-place”. Showing off the outcome of the chicken chop. I think i going to make another blog just for all the cooking, tips and trick. Maybe with some lifestyle thingy~~ So i can also record down all the recipe from my family too~~ share it there and wish u all like it. today i just share the black paper sauce here, so, take your pen and paper now!! ( of course u can always copy and paste it and print!
